Some Suggestions for future updates.

I've been using Artstudio Pro for iPad for a while now, and I have some requests I hope you would consider. Ordered in what I consider importance and ease to implement.

1:  Fully Locking Layers, sometimes I can accidentally paint on layers I don’t intend to. It would be nice if I could protect them.

2: When a Selection tool is set to Subtract, and there is nothing selected, it should still create a new selection.

3: The Elastify filter should have a Temporary restore so you can compare the changes you made.

4: Onscreen modifier button. A button when held changes the current tool in a contextual way.  For example if using a paint brush tool, the mod button should switch to the eraser. If using the selection tool, the mod button should switch between Add and Subtract. Eye dropper should switch between current layer and all layers. Burn and Dodge should switch between each other.

5: Option to use Google Drive like how iCloud is being used.  iCloud is removing the 5GB for free option, I’d like to see Google Drive(or Drop Box) used in the same way iCloud is.

2 and 5. For example, I can't use iCloud from behind a company firewall (not secure enough), but Google drive works. And it's cheaper. ASP is the only reason I pay for extra storage on iCloud.

Yeah it is definitely going to come to that for me if they don't support Google drive in the near future.

Atleast a quicker "Save A Copy" to Files option would work for a temporary solution.

Thank for the suggestions, they all make sense. Here are my answers to each:

1. Lock Pixels is already on my todo list, but not many users requested that so far. I mean we will add this in the future.
2. I agree, we will implement it asap
3. Ok, we will do it soon
4. I will add that to ideas. It should be somehow compatible with ipad/mac keyboard, which already support shift/control/option modifiers.
5. Not soon, sorry, it would require too much work. Maybe next year. Besides i didn't hear that Apple is going to remove 5GB free option, they will never do it in my opinion, they will rather increase it to 10GB.
6. Warp - we will add this soon. Puppet - i love this feature, but it hard to implement, we will do dome researches soon and maybe add it next year.

I would also like to see an option to fully lock layers (1).  I keep working finding myself working on the wrong layer.  In Procreate I have always locked all layers except the one I intend to work on.

+1 for fully locked layers. I use this in all software, from Photoshop to Procreate. I too often find myself painting on a wrong layer, so I will commonly lock my background and my sketch in particular. Very handy. I’m surprised this hasn’t been requested more often.

As a suggestion:
Affinity had a nice feature for the Elastify where there was a slider, pull to the left 0% and there is zero effect pull to the right half way 50% was the current modification you just made. Keep pulling to the far right 100% would magnify the effect by another 50%. Very nice for decreasing the effect a little or increasing it a little if need be.
