I really like the amount of options and control available in Transform mode, but...

   a. In Rotate Mode, why must it also re-size when using the 'grab-rings' to rotate?. We need that mode to rotate without re-sizing.
   b. Angle and Offset can be defined numerically and reset, but Scale cannot (only by pixel numbers, not % of original).
   c. Could the 'nudge' buttons be made to transform continuously if we press and hold?
   
And... Please could you explain what Preferences > Canvas Rotate Threshold is? I can see no effect if on or off.

Drag area outside the object to rotate without scaling

Scaling in percent - we will improve that in the future

Continous nudge 1 we will improve that asap (it works like you described in Mac version)
