Does this come/accessible via a menu within Artstudio Pro app?

Not yet. We are not sure about this because users will then donwload it a lot, the manual pdf has about 30MB so will have to pay a lot for a bandwidth on server...

Would that reduce the required server bandwith?

Yes, we were trying to do that, however we didn't find any easy way to convert Pages document to html.
