No folders after recent update?

Hello, I’m creating comic in Artstudio Pro - and I think it’s the best app on Ipad for doing art. I was using folders to keep track of my pages of certain chapter of comic. But after recent update all folders are gone (files fortunately not) and I can’t create them anymore :<
Is this bug or am I dumb and I don’t know how to create them?

You can now create folders like in pages. Folders could not disappear. They are in one of these folders:
On My iPad > Artstudio Pro
iCloud Drive > Artstudio Pro
