(Bug) Eyedropper activation

The past week I’ve been having issues with the long press to activate eyedropper tool for color picking. When long pressing, a plus sign (+) with “Load Canvas At:” pops up on the canvas instead. Bug?

It happens when using Wet Paint tool when brush has 'Auto Clean Brush' switch disabled.
For example with 'Wet Painting'>'Mixer Dynamic' brush.
