Viewing, adding, editing brushes and patterns in the library view

Would be nice to have. Say, tabs on the top: documents, brushes, patterns. With the ability to move them from group to group, edit bitmaps as artwork, remand, add to favs.

Im going to add general preset manager. But it is not the most important improvement at the moment.
