ALL the panels are bugged, if you have any of them open and move it so it doesn't go away, if you then tap on any button of the top bar (any), the toggling of the opened panels is gone, might not look like a bug at first but if you dont move the panel around and tap on any other tool or panel, you can still toggle them.
Also, and this one is a bug for sure, if you have the favorites panel open and then move it so it doesnt go away, then create a new document, the favorites panel gets auto closed and you can't open it again unless you reboot the app. The tools panel also auto closes while creating a new document but you can still re-open it. (also happens when you switch from one document to another opened document)
And for consistency, i think the favorites icon and the layers icon should have feedback the same way all the other buttons have when you tap on them
