Sure, draw something more complex (becouse simple lines / shapes are not affect by this) on random canvas using brush. Then CMD + T - WARP. Sometimes even during process of warping this artefacts appear. But always they show after i hit enter. I can select them by using Magic Wand.

Yes, i was trying that, but it works fine.

Maybe i should use a specific canvas size?

I use 210 x 210 mm canvas sRGB 300DPI for this one. Sending step by step in screenshots.

1. draw.
2. warping ( sometimes this thing did not show up during process )
3. Enter and we have 2 artefacts

System is macOS Catalina latest Version.
Macbook Pro 16"

Thanks. I reproduced and fixed that.
It was happening only when transformed area had big empty areas, that’s why i couldn’t reproduce that before.
