Add photo to a folder without opening in the studio

Adding multiple photos to a directory is a major pain without this.

I'm not sure if I get you suggestion.
Normally you can open only a single photo in Artstudio for iOS. In Mac version you can drag multiple images to app icon to open them all at once.

But in iOS version it is also possible if you use Drag and Drop.

I mean the ability to add files to the ArtStudio directory without first opening for editing. But since there is no way to add layers from that directory, it's a moot point.

Artstudio document folder contains only .artstudio documents. You cannot create them from jpg/png/tif image without using Artstudio Pro app.
But if you already have some .artstudio files somewhere, you can move the do Artstudio document folder in Files app (available in iOS 11+), and they will appear in app Document Browser (gallery)
