I’ve set the apple double-tap action to activate eyedropper to kinda replicate my Wacom pen button’s experience. As I was working I noticed a delay when activating the eyedropper tool. the delay absolutely kills my flow when painting. I recognized that the activation is different from The eyedropper when using finger touch on screen. Using finger touch activates eyedropper while still using brush tool but Apple Pencil double-tap action changes the tool to eyedropper tool for a second and turns back to brush tool and this makes that annoying delay
I’ve switched to Artstudio Pro specifically for Keyboard shortcut customization and bought a keyboard for it but that delay is killing the experience for me.

So that was a bug which made switching between tools really slow (had a small canvas with 3 layers). I restarted the app and the tool switching delay is gone
