Panels section missing from function options for quick menu in 3.2 beta

In the 3.2 beta, the panels section of the function list for customizing the quick menu no longer exists. Please bring it back, I found having panel shortcuts in the quick menu very useful! Thanks!

I cannot reproduce that, could you give me more details?

I just updated to the most recent 3.2 beta that you just put out, and the issue seems to have gone away! I can no longer reproduce it either. I was on iPad when I saw the issue, and was just scrolling through the function list and noticed that the panels section was not present. I'll let you know if I see it again, but it seems to be resolved in the latest update.

Panels section is not available when you are editing Top Toolbar content. In other cases it should be there.
