I have used ArtStudio Pro for iPad for over year now and earlier with great success, but some time ago, things started happening. First, ArtStudio refused exporting the files as ArtStudio files, whereas it did so willingly if the file was exported as PSD. Your feedback support was unable to help me. So, for a while I have been exporting merely as PSD. Then recently I experienced severe problems with some of the tools. The erasers work only sometimes and only if I kept changing between them. Lately, the pen tool has started to drop the colour intensy every time I either touch the screen with two fingers or I change tool. Highly annoying. Every time I as much as make a line, I have to boost the colour intensity bar just to be able to see it. I'm half way through a project and so being delayed by all this is a disaster. I have checked my iPad, and I have been using Procreate as well. And Procreate works just fine. No issues whatsoever, in fact, in the rest of my iPad and apps. My last option was to reinstall ArtStudio, which I did. To no avail.
What is going on? Anyone know?
