Pan Tool

While using the PAN tool, either the tool or holding down the space bar, does not work. I'm using Version 1.0.10 (90). This is in ZOOM TO FIT mode.

Pan tool works only if you zoom in the canvas, so it is bigger than a window and some parts are not visible.

Thank you. I've always liked to move over to an area, then zoom in. I'll just have to get used to zooming first, then moving to an area.
