Is there a "brush" selection tool?
on: June 21, 2019, 06:59:33 PM
On my iPhone XS Max I only see these Select tools:
  • Rectangle
  • Ellipse
  • Lasso
  • Polygon
  • Magic

I'm used to choosing "brush" to simply paint (or clear) my selection. Does such a brush exist or is there another way?

Thanks so much for your help!!

No, sorry.

But you can paint it on a separate layer and use Select>Alpha To Selection

Lucky,

Thank you so much for taking your valuable time to reply. Boy, do I appreciate that.

I discovered that what I wanted was a Mask. I had not known of them. I wanted to paint out a background. A mask lets me "paint" invisibility (full transparency) easily. So, my issue is 100% resolved.

Thanks again. Every time I touch Artstudio I am in awe all over again that someone makes an incredibly wonderful program like Artstudio Plus.
