Save versus Export
on: March 10, 2018, 01:43:24 PM
I just downloaded the Trial version for MacOS. I have a major complaint, which is why I did not purchase the software.

Save versus Export.

If I open a PNG file and click Save, PNG is not an option. Your proprietary formats are the only options. I shouldn't have to "export" (and replace over) the file that was in a supported format to begin with. I do not know if your proprietary formats are supported by Photoshop or any known browser, but it came up with a blank white icon on my desktop.

Sorry, but as much as I would like, I can't use your software in my attempt to pull myself away from Photoshop.

We implemented that in a similar way to Apple apps like Pages or Numbers. Currently "export" is the only option to overwrite jpg/png.
