top bar unresposive/buggy

I'm using ipad air 4+apple pencil, selecting items on the top bar is frustrating, would say doesnt work 30% of the time, sometimes i tap several times and nothing happens, this is with all the items

btw I am tapping on the size number since tapping on the dot doesnt work at all

it's even worse with finger instead of pencil


other programs with items on top bar (eg goodnotes) work just fine
am i doing something wrong?

I cannot reproduce this problem. i was testing it on few iPad, unfortunately i don't have iPad Air 4. Do you use ipadOS 14?

well, air 4 comes with ipad os 14 out of the box... it's updated to 14.3

with finger is even worse

I have just tested Artstudio in iPad Air 4 (10.9 in), and everything was ok, whole screen was responsive.

Few questions:
- if you turn ipad upside down, is the top bar still nresponsive?
- in fullscreen - can you paint near the top edge?
- do you remember if you change sth in ios Settings ir Artstudio Preferences
?

seems to have fixed itself after force restart

I heard from another user that sometimes it happens, but then it is unresponsive in all apps.
It is probably system issue, not Artstudio.

well, before restarting I tried goodnotes5, which has a top bar placed roughly in the same spot, and it worked just fine
touch test wasnt giving issues, neither was using scribble on safari search bar, which is still placed at the top
