thought I’d report something I’ve come across on the art studio pro app.
I’m not sure what’s happened but when I try to do the following I’m receiving error messages.
1) Trying to open a blank document. It will do it’s loading then an error message appears saying “Document error, failed to open a new document”
2) Trying to open a file from photos. Again it will load and another error message appears “image rescaled, size of the loaded image was bigger than the canvas size (which it’s not cause it worked previously) so it was scaled to 0x0”
3) When I try to export a photo it won’t let me as it says the file is at 0 KB which it shouldn’t be.
Any ideas?
