After drawing an ellipse, rectangle etc., could it be possible to make it so we can rotate and move them? Or is there already a way of doing it that I don't know?

While using the PAN tool, either the tool or holding down the space bar, does not work. I'm using Version 1.0.10 (90). This is in ZOOM TO FIT mode.

I think you may be talking about a template???? I don't see that yet in this program, maybe I missed it. You can create a new layout with your parameters and SAVE. Now each time you start ASP, you can OPEN that saved layout and them SAVE again with a new name. (A workaround) Saving a second time will allow you to keep the original as first SAVED.
There is the NEW under FILE menu. Once you set your parameters, it will save and come up the next time.

It would be nice to be able to open ArtStudio Pro in Mac OS and not have to grab and enlarge each time to fit my computer screen. When it opens now, it is a small rectangle in the center....instead of filling the screen like I had it when I closed it out. I have to pull it out again, to full screen.

Hello. I've used ArtStudio IOS for a couple years now and am happy to see a Mac OS version. I want something to replace Sketchbook Pro, since I don't like having to pay a yearly lease rate even if nothing is new in the software. I am all for software developers making a living, but I would like to have the choice of upgrading and owning the software.
So far, I love what has happen with ArtStudio Pro. Keep up the good work.

I don't think there is one yet. But I think there is a great need for one.

I mean the Mac OS version. Sorry. Using the "command [ ]" keys while drawing with a Watcom table is another choice, but having some type of slider or preset size control has always been a favorite of most art programs. I guess it's just a matter of what we are used to. The little size controls for the brush size in the sub-menu bar are really small and can slow down the painting my opinion.
I really like this program, and like I stated on the introduction page, am looking for a replacement for Sketchbook Pro ......I don't want to lease a software program. I would rather own the program and have the choice of an upgrade.
I've adjusted (programmed keystrokes) on my Watcom tablet for now.
This is an update: I moved up to Art Studio Pro IOS from Art Studio IOS. I see on the IOS version you have a slider for sizing at the bottom. That is what I am talking about. Use the same Idea on the Mac OS version.

Trying to size brushes with the little up/down arrows or typing in the number is cumbersome at best. Wouldn't it be better to have a puck (Sketchbook Pro), corner area as in Artrage, or specific sizes to choose from as in Clip Art? It would make resizing the brush a lot easier.

My name is Gregg and I have been an Art Studio IOS user for a few years. I just found out about Art Studio Pro and of course, purchased it and hope this will be a good marriage. I've used many art programs for the Mac OS, but my mainstay as been Sketchbook Pro. I hate the subscription to use it every year. I know developers must make a living, but I would like to have the choice of upgrading when I see that there is an improvement. So now I am looking around for a replacement software that is easy to use and still have the tools I need to have for my work.
