Suggestions, Ideas, Bugs / Square Brush

Hi there, kinda new to this drawing thing and download some cool brushes from DeviantArt but I lost all the instructions.
1. Anyone can point me to a URL or video I'd appreciate it.
2. Also I'm looking for (or to create) a simple "square" brush.
Saved it as a PNG in transparent background but can find how to load it in to ArtStudio Pro brushes.
