Help / Where did the new brushes move to?

After the update 3.1 I noticed a new brush set with a few brushes. Now I can’t find the set anymore. Where have they gone?

Help / Need help to remove banding

Hey everyone,
I’m using the app for some time now and I always have problems to remove banding in my images. As soon as I use a gradient or airbrush it creates banding. The tutorials I watched said to switch to 16 bit but as I understand it that’s not possible with the app.
Can anyone help me with this please?
