"Add (glow)" is a good option for making lighting, magical effects and metallic shine quickly. I airbrushed from above to show how it compares to other layer effects

Apologies for the duplicate request from some time back, I failed to include examples last time

Second pic is example without any airbrushed effects from above

I'm not sure if i understand that.
Did you try to use different layer blending modes? It should give a similar result.
Could you record a short video showing how it works in CSP?

I'm unsure if you all have seen my recent post, so I shall repost here as well.

A way has been found! I know it's an old thread, but I figure having some clarity/ finality to it would be good.

There's a way for ASP to match Procreate's Add lighting layer option.
Simply color the layer you want entirely black, and color on it that way, or merge the lights you have to a black layer below it and enable the Add option then.

Credit goes to Zyonji for the discovery / big brains.

Further discovery!

You can group the layers together and apply the Add option to the group whole, removing the need to merge the layers. Lets you erase and edit.

Credit to Katlatze for the idea.
