Can’t download a file on 4G

Hello.
I use iCloud, but I can't download files on my mobile when connected to 4G.

When I am connected to WiFi, I can download files. Is there anything I can do?

First of all update app to the most recent version - i noticed you are still using very old 3.0.24

Downloading documents is managing by iOS system, so probably you have to change something in iOS settings.

Thanks for the reply.
I've set the version to the latest as you instructed but I still can't download with mobile communication.
I reinstalled the app, but the same thing happened.
What are the possible causes?

Yes, Artstudiopro has access to iCloud Storage in the iCloud section of Apple-ID settings.
However, I can't download the file in the mobile setting, but I can download it in Wifi.

Sounds like there are somthing wrong with the mobile data section. It might be some kind of accidental restriction.

Signing out from iCloud once solved the problem.

I should have tried it sooner.

Great!
On an Apple machine you sign out and in iCloud and you're good. On Windows machines you do a restart and it fixes everything.
