If you don't want to touch the old AS (understandably), how difficult would it be to add for AS Pro the ability to open old files? This way I can install AS Pro on the desktop, open files and convert them.

Oh, and this would be VERY helpful:

ASP is fine for painting, but to become a premium photo manipulation tool, it needs at least:

• Smart and powerful background removal/edge enhancement tools
• Paintable masks
• Vector tools with path editing
• Channel editing/channel blending (hide if)
• More intelligent noise reduction
• Plugin architecture

So, we saw it working during the Apple event keynote. 12Kx12K pixels with hundreds of layers on iPad Pro 2018. Hard to believe they can pull it without having a top (1TB) model.

BTW. New pencil's alt click would be also very handy for switching tools or anything else.

A function to reset a brush to a default state would be very welcome. I use my custom brushes all the time, including clone etc., but to get it back to the default state, I have to either add all the default states to my favorites (bad idea, I already have too many on the list) or open the brush editing menu and do it all by hand (too long).

So it doesn't look like tiles. Not blur, but feather edges of each tile to create a seamless texture.

This would be very helpful for creating seamless textures.
