It was supposed to be out last year and you disappeared once again.
The UI bugs in IpadOS 26 does not help making the waiting more bearable, at least say something, show you are alive (other than selling off on twitter that is black friday).
I feel really sorry for the people paying the subscription and got 0 updates over a year...

Can you please rollback the colors panel then? those 4 buttons split into 2 with an extra tap each time you want to scroll them is one of the worst UI decisions you have ever taken. They even take more space than before and that panel was already too small for swatches, so please I beg you, roll it back and if you can add a resizable option of the panel for swatches, is what makes sense UI wise.

If you place the pivot point in any of the corners of the transforming area (having pivot, ratio and snap on) and you pull/push the adjacent transformation circles, and sometimes the other corners, you get a broken transformation or a NaN on all offset, scale and angle. For example, transform a layer, have pivot, ratio and snap on, move the pivot to the top left corner, try to transform from the top center or left middle points. It always happen.

Is the app still alive btw? it's been ages since we got any kind of meaningful update but bug fixes here and there, and there are many many things that could make the app even better. It's bad marketing on your end switching to a subscription model and suddenly disappearing (again), people are going to run away of a subscription model app that barely gets any update at all. (I know you are working on something amazing that starts with "V", but try adding minor updates in between, like the isometric grid you have been asked since 2019, or colored folders, an exporting panel to pick what we want to export and what dimensions or something like CSP just added -> layer comps https://youtu.be/WEbeADbhgHY?t=19)
Dunno man, is your app and you do you, but remember that being subscription model means you have to work extra harder and faster >.<

I noticed every time i open the app i have to disable the "editable" option of the symmetry tool, could that option be persistent between sessions like 99.99% of the other settings of the app or default it to not editable? Thanks

When i try to write the name of a layer with the apple pencil, sometimes the strokes get stuck and are not translated to text, which soft locks the app since i cant tap away to cancel the typing, the lines remain there forever and i can add more and more handwriting there and nothing happens, the only solution is forcefully closing the app which just made me lose a lot of work that had done... I assume the bug is not in your end but it already happened more than 2 times in a short period of time so just letting you know.

The title, when i try to import a psd/pdf/jpg/png/etc from other apps, i get an error that asks me to reboot the ipad, always. The same files can be imported without issue on procreate, for example.

Using ArtStudio 5.1.16 on Ipad pro 16.3 (not updating because i read here that upper versions bug the app further)

I’m using art studio pro about a year and half now, since then i barely touched photoshop
Here are some feature suggestions from an ex-photoshop user to make art studio even better than what it is now
Please:
-add feature for categorizing layers and groups by color(red,blue,green etc.)
-put layer masks next to the parent layer instead of above(that’d be more organized and easier to manage)
-add actual color for color sliders in adjustment panels(hue/saturation, color balance etc.)
-add option to resize different panels(color,layers,brushes etc.) it’d make the screen more efficient
-add more symmetry options and settings
-add more options and setting for the Text Tool
-add vector tools such as pen tool and shape tool
-add repeat paste option(like ctrl+alt+shift+t in photoshop)
-add an option to apply previous/last adjustment changes from a layer to another layer(like ctrl+ALT+U/B/M/L in photoshop)
-and lastly add an option for trimming empty pixels when exporting layers to PNG

- The color categorizing is coming, in theory the dev said soon, but not sure how soon. It's really useful so i really hope maybe next big update
- The panel resizing... yah, wish they were more like in paintstorm >.<
- The trimming seems useful, maybe adding a padding option for it
