both versions:
- fixed rare problem with snapping to guidelines
- few other minor bug fixes

iOS version:
- gear icon in Layers view is now active for Adjustment Layers (so you can quickly enable clipping mask for adjustment layer)
- fixed rare problem with not disappearing alerts
- fix rulers on iPhoneX
