Title: Move without snapping

It's very hard to move layer/selection just a few pixels (nudging). It tends to snap to some invisible grid or else. If that's the case snapping should have an option to bedisabled.

You can do it. Just tap View->Snap

I don't see where that is an option in Preferences to have the default be NOT to "Snap-to"... could that be added?  Minor inconveniences, yet a frequent annoyance...

App remember last settings. Snapping will be disabled until you enable it again.

Ps. In version 1.2, which will be available in few days, snapping/grid settings will be attached to document and saved in document file.
