Title: Gradient issue

when I apply a gradient in a clipping mask, it has started to appear with a texture. I’ve done this dozens of times and never had this happen. What could be causing this? I have no brush textures selected.

Solved it! I had accidentally clicked on dissolve in the dissolve settings section. Clicked back to Normal and everything looks good again.
