Title: Possible change to opacity?

One issue I notice when comparing brushwork to real life and other programs is that when drawing with a same line, then crossing over that line without lifting up the pen is that the line doesn't become any darker if using a lower opacity setting. Is this something that is a setting to be changed or maybe a feature that could be added in a future update?
