Title: Bug Report: Outline brush cursor thickens when zooming in

Hello,

As the title of the topic mentions, I noticed that when using outline as a setting for the brush cursor it's generated once for the 100% zoom and then whenever you zoom into the canvas the outline of the brush cursor gets thicker. This is different from the other settings for brush cursors. For example when using the Circle option it looks right even when zoomed in. This is applicable to both iPad and macOS versions.

The outline is based on stamp pixels, that's why it looks like that.
