Title: Canvas move rotate zoom decreased FPS with panels open - 3.3 Beta 722

When I keep Color and layer panels open the canvas get a bit shoppy doing gestures. When none of the panels are open it's fluid again.

I'm afraid we cannot improve that, it is managed by system
