Title: iOS 15 increased RAM capacity- does it only help M1 iPads?

I have the 2018 iPad Pro and was wondering if the recent increase in RAM allotment for the app allowed by iOS 15 would improve perf on it, along with other older iPads, or just the m1 iPads?
