Request: Remove iPadOS 17 layer options menu animation

After updating to iPadOS 17, there is a reveal animation when you tap the layer thumbnail to get the layer options.
I think the immediate menu appearing when you tap is better,  as it was before, without this slow scale animation that takes time and slows down the process when working with a lot of layers.

I agree the menu should appear immediately or at least offer an option in settings to choose whether or not to use the animation.
