I LOVE the linear sRGB color profile for digital painting - the colors and blending are so great and so smooth - but the strong banding in the darker values means I have to use standard sRGB a lot of the time.
Is a 16-bit/channel canvas on the roadmap? That seems like it would remove the banding and fit in with the direction ArtStudio Pro is going.
I'm super excited about all the new features that you've been putting into the App recently. Thank you for all of your hard work!
P.S. For anybody else experiencing the same thing when using the linear profile, I sometimes work around the banding by painting in linear and then use "Match to Profile" to convert to sRGB for cleanup and smoothing.
