[Suggestion] Rearrange tools

Pretty self explanatory. You guys are giving us a ton of amazing tools (I’m not complaining ;]) but it’d be sweet to be able to have the most useful tools to us in the most useful places for when we have that artistic flow just going through us. Perhaps this is already built in and I just haven't seen it because it was an option on the classic version and I guess this is why I miss it even more.

How about in normal mode? I feel like it is more necessary there than in painting mode because that’s where you mostly have the issue of many tools together. Honestly, this is one of the few things that are keeping me from switching over from the classic version.

Since long-pressing on a tool currently doesn't do anything, it would be pretty cool if you could drag-and-drop the tools wherever you want them to. Please consider this in future updates.
