Hi

Will the app support the new IpadOS features like multi-instance and the pencil's reduced latency via PencilKit? While it surely is already low, the Notes app's latency seems to be close to zero compared to all the other drawing apps.

Bug report/suggestion
The current UI while in split view or slide over makes the brush and color menus, the toolbar and the color bar disappear, as well as half the top bar, which has to be scrolled in order to access all the various menus. Is this by design and will stay the way it is or will it improve in future releases?

PencilKit is for different apps. You can treat PencilKit as a 'Notes app' view inside your app, with their few brushes and color swatches.

We contacted Apple about its latency, and we received answer that PencilKit uses some private function to achieve 9ms latency. And it is not available for outside PencilKit.

Letency in Artstudio Pro will improve on iOS13, but it will be not as good as in Notes app. We already did it, it is available in our beta version.
