Please close all apps staying in background and reboot the device.
If it doest help - tell me which ipad/iphone model do you have, and if possible send me video recording showing everything from app launch to crash

Wacom - i dont think so. You can use 2 finger gesture on  touchpad. Or “rotate” tool.

Does this question concern legacy ArtStudio? If yes - please rather use normal Camera app to take a photo, then import it to ArtStudio. Using camera consumes a lot of RAM memory, that's why some apps may crash.
