Suggestions, Ideas, Bugs / Problem - finger gestures
on: October 27, 2020, 05:07:53 PM
Hello, Lucky Clan.

Here's the problem:
"Finger Function" in "Preferences" -> "Gestures" is set to "Show Quick Menu", "Long Press Delay" to 0.2. However when holding finger on canvas, quick menu shows up, not eyedropper. At first I thought it was meant to work that way, but soon discovered that "Finger Function" set to "Adjust Brush Size/Opacity" works differently: when you hold a finger in one place the eyedropper appears, but when you move finger in any direction (without holding it) it adjusts brush size/opacity. It would be great if it worked with "Show Quick Menu" the same way.

Thank you.

Suggestions, Ideas, Bugs / Stamp angle control +

The only thing i am missing in Artstudio Pro right now is a fast way to change brush stamp angle.
Right now i have to open brushes menu, then into settings of a specific brush, then into stamp, then click on angle and only then i can use slider to control it.
I have couple suggestions:
1. Do it like photoshop - when you right click there's a circle that allows you to angle brush stamp or change it's roundness. In ASP you could include such thing in the little menu (...) under size/flow sliders.
2. Finger gesture - when pulled in any direction, angle will change accordingly. I think Corel Painter had something similar.

+ some minor things: it would be great if the interface was more customizable. For example: displaying icons instead of brushstrokes in brushes pop-up menu; option to hide groups on the left in brushes pop-up menu to make it horizontally smaller; UI scaling.

P.S. 3.0 is such an amazing update, i like ASP even more than Photoshop on PC. So exited to see what comes next in future updates. Keep up the good work, Lucky Clan.
