Help / Show otf-font glyph alternatives?

So I have some .otf fonts installed and some of the have glyph alternatives, like e.g. a swash for the letter ˋnˋ. Is there any way to access these alternate glyphs?
If not, is there any chance to add such a feature? This would be of great use, I bet not only for me.
