Would be good for app to change interface a bit in landscape version if user have ipad 12.9. It has lots of free space in top bar and all of menus can be in one line. It would save one line of free space because I have menu opened all the time, and just looks better.

What if you turn iPad to vertical orientation?

I never draw in vertical orientation. But for that case I’d make it full menu in one line in landscape and closed under 3 lines icon in vertical orientation. Or if it is problem, just to make this one line menu on/off in setting, and when it is on to disable rotation to vertical.
This look is closer to traditional apps like photoshop, a few people here asked about it.
Like rubber design in html, site’s look depends on user’s screen.

Such modification is always a lot of work and possibility of new bugs.
I'm rather thinking about auto-hiding the menu, so after tapping option in drop down menu it will auto hide.

Agree about rubber design, it needs too much work. Maybe just option on/off for one line menu in settings? If people have big screens they will be using it for sure, less menus - faster work. If they have small screen iPad or use it in a vertical orientation, then they just won’t turn it on in settings. I think it’s easier to add then autohiding of menu.
At the moment, this menu looks a bit out of place. It pulls down all opened panels (color, reference, layers, etc) for the height of this bar. Also it makes canvas less size when quick pinch it.

Yes, the optional one line makes sense. We will consider such solution.
