Title: Request - Dock HSB sliders to the Tool Bar

I've noticed that my palm sometimes registers a press on the HSB sliders causing the tool to switch to the paint brush when I'm doing something else.

I would like a feature to have an option to dock the HSB sliders to the tool bar.  This would prevent false presses and would allow the use of one hand to change the color and the tools being used. I believe it would improve workflows by not having to move the pen from the spot being worked on.

You can just use Painting Mode or Fullscreen mode to prevent accidental palm events

I get that, but I still need access to the tools and options that aren't exposed in Painting and fullscreen mode.  It also doesn't adress that currently you need 2 hands to change tools and colors.

In new big update there will be option to customize tools list in Painting Mode. This should fulfil (or partly fulfil) your request.
