I purchased a rather expensive brush set today. It’s a Photoshop brush set in .tpl format. There are regular ABR brushes, also, but they are different from the tpl ones. The file is something around 1 GB. (Not quite, but close.) It took forever to add it to ArtStudio Pro, and once it finally loaded, I was able to test out 3 brushes and then it slowed to a crawl and crashed. Now, every time I try to open the app, it immediately crashes. I even restarted my iPad and it still crashes immediately after opening. Is there anything I can do to recover this? I have a painting in the app I really don’t want to lose if I can help it.

Just a suggestion: Go to Artstudio folder in the Files app, copy all the drawing elsewhere then reinstall the app. If the drawings are then copied back to the folder they where in, the program will load them normally (tested out myself). Be sure to take a backup just in case. Good luck

To silve the crashing issue open Files app > On My iPad > Artstudio Pro > User Reesources > Presets and remove whole Brushes folder, or individual file inside.

One more thing - we will fix it so it will not crash on start anymore.
