Hi Lucky Clan,
My company has developed a new smart pen for the iPad. It works with all iPads, requires no battery, has all the smart features as the others. Yet, it will be selling at the cost of 5 cups of coffees. I would like to send a free demo pen to you for evaluation. Please send your postal address to info@greenbulb.com and we will send you the free copy on the next morning.
Regards,
Elton

Is it connected with bluetooth and support pressure/tilt?
How is it paired?
Is SDK needed to be added to apps to support it?

Green bulb... following this... hoping to see a demo and to read reviews!

Hi guys,
Thank you for your questions.
The new smart pen is called SonarPen. Here is the highlight of the pen:
- super affordable, 30% of Apple Pencil
- support pressure sensing, palm rejection and shortcut button
- works on all iPad and iPad Pro (except the original iPad 2010)
- No pairing, no charging nor battery replacement
- powered by and communicate with iPad through 3.5mm audio cable, built-in cable management
- bundle with magnetic pen holder
- super easy to add support to the app(many developers used less than 1 day), SDK ready and free evaluation sample pen for app developers
This is the result of almost 3 years of development. We are making this happen cause we found of cost of creating art on an iPad is too high. We want to make a smart stylus that can be easily affordable by a high school student. I like to keep this short and sweet here. For more information, please check out:

We will consider adding support in 2-3 months.
Generally i like the stylus, but i dont like it uses “disc” tip, but i suppose it is the only good
Sution for battery-free stylus

Really appreciate you quick response. You are right about the use of disc is needed because of the battery-less design, and it also maximize the compatibility with different iPad. The disc that we picked is very smooth, may be you will like it more after trying it. Some app have already supported SonarPen. If ok, you can try SonarPen on them. That save you the time to complied the SDK into ArtStudio.
