Title: Request: rescaling by percentage

I think it would be useful to have the option to scale with a percentage value. This way I can easily make things exactly half or a third the size. Now I can only manipulate the pixel value, but then I have to calculate the value myself, which is not very practical.

We will add that in the future. At the moment you have to use a calculator, sorry.
