Title: Mac users NOT 50% off

I purchased the pro app thru itunes where a banner promised 50% off to Mac users. There was no apparent place to apply the discount and I was charged the full price. I would like the discount applied to my account. Please advise me how to make this happen.

Mac version was $39.99 almost the whole 2018 year. We made a discount to $19.99 two months ago. You probably paid $19.99, which was a price after discount.

If you bought it last 3 months - you must have paid 19.99. You can check the invoice, Apple is sending an invoice after every purchase.
