Title: Crop tool default - canvas boundaries

Usually people crop from the existing size. Having to draw the rectangle from scratch is unusual. I have to activate snap to canvas boundaries to have it to act like that.

It will be improved in a bit different way - cropping area will be limited to image bounds when adding the area. It can then extend outside image bounds when editing it.
