Title: Implement a Base locked background layer?

Hey there. i thought that by locking a layer it wouldnt allow you to draw on it. however this doesn’t appear to be the case. In Procreate there is a base background layer which cannot be edited. I find this very helpful as it can prevent accidentally drawing on your background layer. Is there a way to accomplish this in ASP?

We really do need locking already.

Pixel Locking will be added in version 2.1. It is already implemented.
