Title: Clear blending not working when an individual layer is in pigment mode

The clear blending doesn’t seem to work when an individual layer is in pigment mode and just draws regularly and doesn’t erase. Is this intentional?

Pigment mode set in Layers panel locks tool blending mode to Pigment as well. That's why clear blending doesn't work.
