Title: Guide Lock and Percentage setting for ruler

Hi

It would be great if I lock my guide lines in place so I don’t accidentally move them when trying to move another layer or element that’s close to them.Mal so it would be helpful if the ruler could be set to “Percentage” so I can easily place guides at certain increments based off the whole image.
