Title: Minor Selection Question/Suggestion

Is there a specific reason why there is both a deselect and reselect button? Can't it be one button that toggles between the two? I ask because I don't want to add two buttons to the top toolbar just to toggle a selection on/off but its not really a big deal to me either way.

Deselect is always deselecting current selection, you can assign it to top toolbar, shortcut or Quick Menu. Users often use it to make sure nothing is selected.
Reselect brings back the last selection.

We cannot merge both actions because we will lost the option to "tap Deselect make sure nothing is selected"
