Title: Canvas rotation lock?

Apologies if this has been addressed elsewhere but I didn’t see anything; before the most recent update I kept my canvas rotation locked because I prefer not to use it, but now the rotation turns back on every time I restart the program. I’ve locked it from both the preferences window and under the ‘view’ tab but it doesn’t stick; is this a bug? Thanks!

This option was moved from Preferences to View > Rotation > Lock Rotation
